Return policy

Please choose carefully!  We do not give refunds if you make a wrong decision or change your mind.   If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable within 7 days of the shipping date for an exchange or credit of merchandise*. Credits will be honoured for 6 months from issue date. We do not reimburse for the cost of postage and all postal charges regarding a return/exchange are your responsibility. We cannot accept damaged or soiled items for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 10 business days to process your returns; if the requested item is out of stock you will be notified. Any further exchanges will incur a charge for re-stocking of 30%.

*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused or after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

All goods must be inspected at the place and time of delivery, any shortages, defects in the goods, or any other complaints must be notified to us immediately and in any case within five working days from the date the goods were delivered. Failing to do so, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted in good working order. Where goods prove to be faulty, we will replace them without charge, or give a full refund within 28 days of the date of the delivery. Where goods are faulty, we will reimburse the cost of delivery back to us should we ask you to return the goods to berry behaved for inspection.
