Postage and Handling

Delivery fees will be charged upon making your order; prices will vary depending on size and weight of the item as well as delivery destination. For all small deliveries inside the U.A.E and G.C.C prices will be clearly displayed upon check out.  We only use reputable courier companies to ensure both a trackable and speedy service.

For all deliveries outside the G.C.C and for delivery of large items your enquiry will be emailed to us at berry behaved and we will revert back to you with the best price option for delivery, once you approve the delivery charge your order will be shipped.

Please note all prices quoted on this site are in US dollars. The prices quoted on our online store do not include relevant duties outside the U.A.E and other custom charges that you may incur. 

The delivery times are indicative only and berry behaved cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  Please note we will not deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery Times
For all in stock items we endeavour to get them out to you within 24 hours.  If a product is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected time frame of your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. It is imperative that you provide all the correct delivery details including nearby land marks and a reachable contact phone number.
